Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
LeadApex Global (“LeadApex”, “we”) provides a B2B company search, segmentation and email prospecting service through leadapexglobal.com and its customer dashboard. We are the controller of the data described in this policy. Contact: info@leadapexglobal.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, company, email, country, language, password (stored only as an Argon2id hash, never in plain text) and, if you add it, your WhatsApp number.
- Data we receive from Google if you choose “Continue with Google”: your name, your email address (and whether it is verified) and a Google account identifier. We never receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, contacts, files or calendar.
- Campaign settings: what you sell, keywords, area, message copy, signature.
- Sending mailbox: SMTP/IMAP server, port, username and password of the mailbox you provide (the password is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM).
- Payments: processed by PayPal. We receive the payment status, amount and an identifier; we never receive or store card numbers.
- Security data: IP address, browser, date and time of sign-ins and sensitive actions (audit log).
3. How we use your data
- To create and protect your account and sign you in (including Sign in with Google).
- To provide the service: find companies, prepare and send your campaign from your mailbox, detect bounces and replies, and produce your reports.
- To charge, invoice and support you.
- To send you service emails (verification, password, reports, notices). We do not send third-party advertising.
- Security: preventing fraud and unauthorized access.
4. Google user data
We use the data we receive from Google (name, email and identifier) only to create your account and sign you in to LeadApex. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties except as described in section 6 to operate the service, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models. LeadApex’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove LeadApex’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Data about contacted companies (leads)
Leads are public, corporate contact details of companies (name, website, corporate email, address and industry) found on their own websites. We never search for or email personal accounts (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.). Every email includes a clear way to opt out and every opt-out is honored permanently. If a company asks us to delete its data, we do.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers we need to operate, who process it on our behalf:
- PayPal — payment processing.
- Server (VPS) providers — hosting of the platform.
- Anthropic (Claude) — only the text of your campaign message, to create variations and translations. We never send your email, passwords or Google data.
- Your own mail server — your campaign emails are sent from your mailbox.
We may also disclose data when required by law or court order.
7. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), Argon2id password hashing, mailbox passwords encrypted with AES-256-GCM, encrypted backups, restricted administrative access and access logging.
8. Retention
For as long as your account is active. If you ask us to close it (by writing to info@leadapexglobal.com), we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or accounting obligations (for example payment records), and encrypted backups, which expire automatically within 14 days. Opt-outs of people who asked not to be contacted are kept so we can keep honoring them.
9. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, objection or a copy of your data by writing to info@leadapexglobal.com. We answer within 30 days. We apply Uruguay’s Personal Data Protection Law 18.331 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10. Cookies
The leadapexglobal.com website uses no cookies while you browse. The dashboard uses only necessary cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your language. We use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
11. Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date and, for material changes, notify you by email.
